Guide for cities considering municipal wireless (using St. Cloud as an example)

MuniWireless has posted a guide authored by Intel and MRI called The Dollars and Sense of Government-Led Wireless Internet: A Guide for Government Employees and Community Activists
"The document lists various municipal applications that cities should considering running on these networks to improve efficiency and save money. It also emphasizes the concept of citywide Wi-Fi as a utility like water and electricity, which benefits the entire community. Finally it contains a short step-by-step guide on how to plan and deploy the network. The lesson: there are no shortcuts. Cities must involve their employees, residents and businesses in the decision-making process.
